This morning I took on the school bus a banana and one of the oatmeal bars I made. Plus some coffee, that was breakfast.
Later for a snack I ate a half of an energy bar. The energy bars I like I buy at a bakery near me. They make these really good homemade, gluten free energy bars. The bars are made up of peanut butter, flax seeds, oat meal and some other things. They are a good one or two bite snack that is pretty satisfying, for me at least. There are recipes all over the internet for similar bars, but being the lazy butt that I am and since I have a source nearby that makes them...I just buy them.
Ok, on to lunch. Had tuna fish with a bit of mayo and mustard on one of those sandwich rounds and a few Sun Chips.
Snack---a little snack bag of bunny grahams.
Dinner - Homemade chicken noodle soup, small bowl and a small slice of Italian bread with a bit of butter. Couple bits of chocolate barkthins.
Evening snack - toasted english muffin with some butter and grape jelly. Small glass of milk.
All in all, not a bad day. Weather did not cooperate for a walk, rained most of the day. I did spend 10 - 15 minutes doing some floor exercises so at least I did something! Hopefully I can get a walk in tomorrow.
